This place suits me perfectly! It offers free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a bar area. I remember when the staff found my lost bracelet during my first stay. It's great! Highly recommend for a fun stay, I’m coming back for a xmas.

The room was clean and spacious, but

the amenities were lacking. We appreciated the helpful staff, but the outdated decor and insufficient towels left much to be desired. Overall, it served its purpose for a night, but not somewhere I would want to return to.

amazing views

great access to parks and local attractions for easy weekend strolls

I enjoyed exploring the nearby Santa Cruz River Trail, which was perfect for a scenic walk, and Tumamoc Hill hiking trail, where I soaked in some stunning views of the city while getting my steps in. I appreciated how the hotel was close to all these amazing spots, making my weekend getaway that much more enjoyable and adventurous.

The room was pretty dirty with bugs everywhere. We switched rooms three times and still found more issues. It felt really outdated and rundown. The one good thing, though, is that the towels were replaced quickly. But overall, it was not a pleasant stay.

We really enjoyed our family trip here, especially visiting the Tucson Indoor Sports Center just 3 km away. The location was perfect for quick access to family-friendly activities, and we had a fun time exploring the area after a long day.

My kids wished the bathroom had better cleanliness. maybe a deeper clean would help future families feel more at home.

Staying here for 3 nights was nice! The staff was super friendly and straight to the point— they fixed any issues right away. The kids loved the pool and the bar area was chill. However, the room could've used some updates— felt a bit dated in there.

the first room i was in was locked. it was tough getting in but once i got the new room, i loved the clean space. the cold ac was great and the staff was super friendly. pet friendly is a big plus for my family.
